Payment Logic is a secure payment platform that enables businesses to pay their expenses, including: the ATO, suppliers, subcontractors, rent, superannuation, payroll and more whilst optimising cash flow and earning reward points on every payment.
Payment Logic is available to Australian owned (or managed) businesses with a current ABN.
Payment Logic accepts any Australian issued American Express, Visa or Mastercard which can be utilised to process payments on the platform. Internationally issued cards can be used but are charged at a flat processing fee of 3% + GST.
Payment Logic does not currently have a mobile app.
With Payment Logic, you can pay all of your business expenses, including the ATO, suppliers, subcontractors, rent, superannuation, payroll, and more.
However, please note that you cannot use Payment Logic to pay yourself via credit card. Certain industries are restricted from using specific payment methods, and Payment Logic reserves the right to update the list of banned industries at any time.
You can earn Velocity Points on payments made via card or Bank Transfer.
Yes, you can make payments to a BSB and Account Number.
Yes, you can make payments to a BPAY Biller.
To create an account, visit yakpay.com/#/signup and follow the prompts to complete the online application form. The signup process takes around 10-15 minutes to complete and your account will take approximately 2 business days to be approved on the basis that all required documentation has been provided.
Payment Logic users can link their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account by following the below steps:
- Login to the Payment Logic portal
- Select ‘Accounts – Reward Program’ from the left hand menu, and select, ‘Virgin Australia Business Flyer’ from the available options
- Enter in the ABN associated with your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to link
- If you are not a current Virgin Australia Business Flyer member you can follow the prompts to join the program
You can view your points balance via your Points Activity Statement in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal.
If you cannot link your account via your ABN/ACN in the Reward Program section of the Payment Logic platform, please contact help@yakpay.com so that Payment Logic can investigate the issue.
Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your Velocity Points to be reflected in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal. If your Points are still not showing after thirty (30) days, please email help@yakpay.com with your Payment Logic account details and the date of payment.
If you have linked your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to your Payment Logic account, you will automatically earn Velocity Points for your business each time you pay a bill with Payment Logic. To redeem these Velocity Points for your business, you can then transfer these to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account via the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal.
You will earn Velocity Points as follows:
- 1 Velocity Point for every AU$10 paid via card.
- 1 Velocity Point for AU$4 paid via Bank Transfer.
- Plus, up to 10 Velocity Points for every AU$1 paid when using Payment Logic’s Rewards Accelerator Feature.
If your card is a Velocity Frequent Flyer Points-earning card, you will earn Velocity Points on both the bill amount and the processing fee. Plus, when using a card with Payment Logic you can earn bonus Velocity Points on the bill amount at 1 point per AU$10 as standard with the option to earn up to 10 additional points per AU$1 when using Payment Logic’s Rewards Accelerator Feature.
For payments made via Bank Transfer, Velocity Points are earned on the bill amount but not on the processing fee.

To earn Velocity Points for your business on eligible payment transactions using Eligible Products with Payment Logic, businesses must:
- sign up and be approved for a Payment Logic account via the Payment Logic platform;
- be, or apply to become, a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. If a Payment Logic User is not already a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, they may apply to become a member at any time subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions and Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions;
- link their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to the Payment Logic platform. The Payment Logic User can link their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to the Payment Logic platform by: a. going to the “Rewards Program” section, b. selecting Virgin Australia Business Flyer, c.

- Eligible Payments are any debit or credit card or bank transfer payments of $20,000 or more made during the Promotional Period.
