Payment Logic is a secure payment platform that enables businesses to pay their expenses, including: the ATO, suppliers, subcontractors, rent, superannuation, payroll and more whilst optimising cash flow and earning reward points on every payment.
Payment Logic is available to Australian owned (or managed) businesses with a current ABN.
Payment Logic accepts any Australian issued American Express, Visa or Mastercard which can be utilised to process payments on the platform. Internationally issued cards can be used but are charged at a flat processing fee of 3% + GST.
Payment Logic does not currently have a mobile app.
With Payment Logic, you can pay all of your business expenses, including the ATO, suppliers, subcontractors, rent, superannuation, payroll, and more.
However, please note that you cannot use Payment Logic to pay yourself via credit card. Certain industries are restricted from using specific payment methods, and Payment Logic reserves the right to update the list of banned industries at any time.
You can earn Velocity Points on payments made via card or Bank Transfer.
Yes, you can make payments to a BSB and Account Number.
Yes, you can make payments to a BPAY Biller.
To create an account, visit yakpay.com/#/signup and follow the prompts to complete the online application form. The signup process takes around 10-15 minutes to complete and your account will take approximately 2 business days to be approved on the basis that all required documentation has been provided.
You can view your Points balance via your Points Activity Statement in the Velocity Frequent Flyer Portal.
If you cannot link your account via your First Name, Last Name and Membership Number in the Reward Program section of the Payment Logic platform, please contact help@yakpay.com so that we can investigate the issue.
Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your Velocity Points to be reflected in the Velocity Frequent Flyer Rewards Portal. If your points are still not showing after thirty (30) days, please email help@yakpay.com with your Payment Logic account details and the date of payment.
A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for Payment Logic customers. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Payment Logic Terms and Conditions. Payment Logic and Payment Logic customers who have linked their Qantas Business Rewards Account will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $4 processed via Payment Logic Bank Transfer as standard, 1 Qantas Point for every $10 spent on card payments as standard, and up to 10 additional bonus Qantas Points for every $1 processed when opting in for the Rewards Accelerator. There are different earning tiers of the Rewards Accelerator, each incurring an associated processing fee; see here for more details. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to Payment Logic as applicable.

- This Promotion is valid from 12:01am AEST on 6 October 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026. Eligible Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members or Velocity Frequent Flyer Members (Member) can receive up to 60,000 bonus Velocity Points if they:
- Become a new Payment Logic client between 6 October 2026 and 30 November 2026 (inclusive);
- Spend a minimum of AUD $20,000 on qualifying payments per month in the three months following the date that the Member signs up to Payment Logic; and
- Link their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account or Velocity Frequent Flyer account to their Payment Logic account, and maintain an active connection between their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account or Velocity Frequent Flyer account and Payment Logic account until the bonus Points have been issued. Failure to do so may result in the Points not being credited.
- For the three months following the date that a Member signs up to Payment Logic, the Member will earn 20,000 bonus Points for each month that the Member spends at least $20,000 on qualifying payments, up to a total of 60,000 bonus Points.
- The bonus Velocity Points earned on qualifying payments will be credited within one month of meeting the monthly spend criteria. A new client can continue this activity for 3 months to receive a total of 60,000 points cumulatively. The promotion timeline concludes three months from the date the Member joins Payment Logic. A Member may only receive this offer once.
