FAQs
Payment Logic is a secure payment platform that enables businesses to pay their expenses, including: the ATO, suppliers, subcontractors, rent, superannuation, payroll and more whilst optimising cash flow and earning reward points on every payment.
Payment Logic is available to Australian owned (or managed) businesses with a current ABN.
Payment Logic accepts any Australian issued American Express, Visa or Mastercard which can be utilised to process payments on the platform. Internationally issued cards can be used but are charged at a flat processing fee of 3% + GST.
Payment Logic does not currently have a mobile app.
With Payment Logic, you can pay all of your business expenses, including the ATO, suppliers, subcontractors, rent, superannuation, payroll, and more.
However, please note that you cannot use Payment Logic to pay yourself via credit card. Certain industries are restricted from using specific payment methods, and Payment Logic reserves the right to update the list of banned industries at any time.
You can earn Qantas Points on payments made via card or Bank Transfer.
Yes, you can make payments to a BSB and Account Number.
Yes, you can make payments to a BPAY Biller.
To create an account, visit paymentlogic.com.au/#/signup and follow the prompts to complete the online application form. The signup process takes around 10-15 minutes to complete and your account will take approximately 2 business days to be approved on the basis that all required documentation has been provided.
You can view your points balance via your Points Activity Statement in the Qantas Business Rewards Portal.
If you cannot link your account via your ABN/ACN in the Reward Program section of the Payment Logic platform, please contact support@paymentlogic.com.au so that Payment Logic can investigate the issue.
Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your Qantas Points to be reflected in the Qantas Business Rewards Portal. If your Points are still not showing after thirty (30) days, please email support@paymentlogic.com.au with your Payment Logic account details and the date of payment.
If you have linked your Qantas Business Rewards Account to your Payment Logic account, you will automatically earn Qantas Points for your business each time you pay a bill with Payment Logic. To redeem these Qantas Points for your business, you can then transfer these to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account via the Qantas Business Rewards Portal.
You will earn Qantas Points as follows:
- 1 Qantas Point for every AU$10 paid via card.
- 1 Qantas Point for AU$4 paid via Bank Transfer.
- Plus, up to 10 Qantas Points for every AU$1 paid when using Payment Logic’s Rewards Accelerator Feature.

*A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for Payment Logic customers. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Payment Logic Terms and Conditions. Payment Logic customers who have linked their Qantas Business Rewards Account will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $4 processed via Payment Logic Bank Transfer as standard, 1 Qantas Point for every $10 spent on card payments as standard, and up to 10 additional bonus Qantas Points for every $1 processed when opting in for the Rewards Accelerator. There are different earning tiers of the Rewards Accelerator, each incurring an associated processing fee; see here for more details. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to Payment Logic as applicable.
