You can earn KrisFlyer miles on any payment made through Payment Logic using a card or Bank Transfer. Pay any expense, including: the ATO, suppliers, subcontractors, rent, superannuation, payroll and more whilst optimising cash flow and earning reward miles on every payment.

You will earn KrisFlyer miles as follows:

• 1 KrisFlyer mile for every AU$15 paid via card as standard
• 1 KrisFlyer mile for AU$4 paid via Bank Transfer as standard
• Up to 10 KrisFlyer miles for AU$1 paid via the Rewards Accelerator

No, the bonus KrisFlyer miles earned are uncapped. On every payment processed via Payment Logic, you can earn up to 10 KrisFlyer miles per $1.

The Rewards Accelerator empowers you to maximise your rewards by choosing from up to 8 reward tiers on each payment, earning up to 10 bonus miles per $1 spent, uncapped—up to 10 times more than any other offering in market. If you fund your payments with a card, you will also earn the full points from your card’s rewards program as well as the standard KrisFlyer mile earn rate of 1 mile per $15. With Payment Logic, you automatically earn standard bonus KrisFlyer miles at no extra cost: 1 KrisFlyer mile per $15 paid via card and 1 KrisFlyer mile per $4 paid via Bank Transfer. If you choose to earn additional rewards, you can opt into the Rewards Accelerator, which charges a percentage-based fee depending on the selected tier. If your card is a KrisFlyer miles earning card, you will earn KrisFlyer miles on both the bill amount and the processing fee. Plus, when using a card with Payment Logic you earn bonus KrisFlyer miles on the bill amount at 1 mile per AU$15 as standard with the option to earn up to 10 additional miles per AU$1 when using the Rewards Accelerator. 

For payments made by Bank Transfer, KrisFlyer miles are earned on the bill amount but not on the processing fee.

We credit the KrisFlyer miles to your nominated KrisFlyer account once the payment is successfully processed to your payee. Miles should appear in your KrisFlyer account within 2-5 business days.

Link your KrisFlyer account by following the below steps:

• Login to the Payment Logic portal
• Select ‘Accounts – Reward Program’ from the left hand menu, and select, ‘KrisFlyer’ from the available options
• Enter in the First Name, Last Name and Membership Number associated with your KrisFlyer account to link

If you are not a current KrisFlyer member you can follow the prompts to join the program.

You can view your miles balance via your miles Activity Statement in the KrisFlyer Rewards Portal.

If you cannot link your account via your First Name, Last Name and Membership Number in the Reward Program section of the Payment Logic platform, please contact support@paymentlogic.com.au so that we can investigate the issue.

Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your KrisFlyer miles to be reflected in the KrisFlyer Rewards Portal. If your miles are still not showing after thirty (30) days, please email support@paymentlogic.com.au with your Payment Logic account details and the date of payment.
