Qantas Business Rewards

You can earn Qantas Points on any payment made through Payment Logic using a card or Bank Transfer. Pay any expense, including: the ATO, suppliers, subcontractors, rent, superannuation, payroll and more whilst optimising cash flow and earning reward points on every payment.

You will earn Qantas Points as follows:

• 1 Qantas Point for every AU$10 paid via card as standard
• 1 Qantas Point for AU$4 paid via Bank Transfer as standard
• Up to 10 Qantas Points for AU$1 paid via the Rewards Accelerator

No, the bonus Qantas Points earned are uncapped. On every payment processed via Payment Logic, you can earn up to 10 Qantas Points per $1.

The Rewards Accelerator empowers you to maximise your rewards by choosing from up to 8 reward tiers on each payment, earning up to 10 bonus points per $1 spent, uncapped—up to 10 times more than any other offering in market. If you fund your payments with a card, you will also earn the full points from your card’s rewards program as well as the standard Qantas Point earn rate of 1 point per $10. With Payment Logic, you automatically earn standard bonus Qantas Points at no extra cost: 1 Qantas Point per $10 paid via card and 1 Qantas Point per $4 paid via Bank Transfer. If you choose to earn additional rewards, you can opt into the Rewards Accelerator, which charges a percentage-based fee depending on the selected tier. If your card is a Qantas Frequent Flyer or Qantas Business Rewards Points earning card, you will earn Qantas Points on both the bill amount and the processing fee. Plus, when using a card with Payment Logic you earn bonus Qantas Points on the bill amount at 1 point per AU$10 as standard with the option to earn up to 10 additional points per AU$1 when using the Rewards Accelerator. 

For payments made by Bank Transfer, Qantas Points are earned on the bill amount but not on the processing fee.

We credit the Qantas Points to your nominated Qantas Business Rewards account once the payment is successfully processed to your payee. Points should appear in your Qantas Business Rewards account within 2-5 business days.

Link your Qantas Business Rewards account by following the below steps:

1. Login to the Payment Logic portal
2. Select ‘Accounts – Reward Program’ from the left hand menu, and select, ‘Qantas Business Rewards’ from the available options
3. If you already have an account with Qantas Business Rewards, you will automatically be connected.

If you are not a current Qantas Business Rewards member you can follow the prompts to join the program.

You can view your points balance via your Points Activity Statement in the Qantas Business Rewards Rewards Portal.

If you have linked your Qantas Business Rewards account to your Payment Logic account, you will automatically earn Qantas Points for your business each time you pay a bill with Payment Logic.

You can then transfer these to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account via the Qantas Business Rewards Rewards Portal.

If you cannot link your account via your ABN/ACN in the Reward Program section of the Payment Logic platform, please contact support@paymentlogic.com.au so that we can investigate the issue.

Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your Qantas Points to be reflected in the Qantas Business Rewards Rewards Portal. If your Points are still not showing after thirty (30) days, please email support@paymentlogic.com.au with your Payment Logic account details and the date of payment.
