What payments can I earn Velocity Points on?
You can earn Velocity Points on any payment made through Payment Logic using a card or Bank Transfer. Pay any expense, including: the ATO, suppliers, subcontractors, rent, superannuation, payroll and more whilst optimising cash flow and earning reward points on every payment.
How many bonus Velocity Points for my business will I earn via Payment Logic?
You will earn Velocity Points as follows:
- 1 Velocity Point for every AU$10 paid via card as standard
- 1 Velocity Point for AU$4 paid via Bank Transfer as standard
- Up to 10 Velocity Points for AU$1 paid via the Rewards Accelerator
Are the bonus Velocity Points capped?
No, the bonus Velocity Points earned are uncapped. On every payment processed via Payment Logic, you can earn up to 10 Velocity Points per $1.
What is the Rewards Accelerator?
The Rewards Accelerator empowers you to maximise your rewards by choosing from up to 8 reward tiers on each payment, earning up to 10 bonus points per $1 spent, uncapped—up to 10 times more than any other offering in market. If you fund your payments with a card, you will also earn the full points from your card’s rewards program as well as the standard Velocity Point earn rate of 1 point per $10. Do I pay a fee to earn Bonus Velocity Points?
With Payment Logic, you automatically earn standard bonus Velocity Points at no extra cost: 1 Velocity Point per $10 paid via card and 1 Velocity Point per $4 paid via Bank Transfer. If you choose to earn additional rewards, you can opt into the Rewards Accelerator, which charges a percentage-based fee depending on the selected tier. Do I earn Velocity Points on the bill amount, or on the processing fee too?
If your card is a Velocity Frequent Flyer Points earning card, you will earn Velocity Points on both the bill amount and the processing fee. Plus, when using a card with Payment Logic you earn bonus Velocity Points on the bill amount at 1 point per AU$10 as standard with the option to earn up to 10 additional points per AU$1 when using the Rewards Accelerator.
For payments made by Bank Transfer, Velocity Points are earned on the bill amount but not on the processing fee.

When will I receive my bonus Velocity Points?
We credit the Velocity Points to your nominated Virgin Australia Business Flyer account once the payment is successfully processed to your payee. Points should appear in your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account within 2-5 business days.
How do I link my Virgin Australia Business Flyer account with my Payment Logic account?
Link your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account by following the below steps:
- Login to the Payment Logic portal
- Select ‘Accounts – Reward Program’ from the left hand menu, and select, ‘Virgin Australia Business Flyer’ from the available options
- Enter in the ABN associated with your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to link

Where will I see the Velocity Points I earn for my business via Payment Logic?
You can view your points balance via your Points Activity Statement in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal.
Can I transfer the points I've earned from Payment Logic to my Velocity Frequent Flyer account?
If you have linked your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to your Payment Logic account, you will automatically earn Velocity Points for your business each time you pay a bill with Payment Logic.
To redeem these Velocity Points for your business, you can then transfer these to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account via the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal.
I am unable to link my Virgin Australia Business Flyer account in the Payment Logic platform?
If you cannot link your account via your ABN/ACN in the Reward Program section of the Payment Logic platform, please contact support@paymentlogic.com.au so that we can investigate the issue.
How can I claim missing points on my Virgin Australia Business Flyer account?
Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your Velocity Points to be reflected in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal. If your Points are still not showing after thirty (30) days, please email support@paymentlogic.com.au with your Payment Logic account details and the date of payment.

To earn Velocity Points for your business on eligible payment transactions using Eligible Products with Payment Logic, businesses must:
- sign up and be approved for a Payment Logic account via the Payment Logic platform;
- be, or apply to become, a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. If a Payment Logic User is not already a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, they may apply to become a member at any time subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions and Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions;
